Welcome to Efeba (the â€œPlatformâ€). By accessing, browsing, or using the Efeba website (efeba.com) and any related services (collectively, the â€œServiceâ€), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the â€œTermsâ€). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates to the Terms as described below.

2. Description of the Service

Efeba is an app discovery and information platform. The Service aggregates publicly available information about applications that are hosted on Google Play. Efeba does not host, publish, develop, maintain, or distribute any app. The presence of an app on Efeba does not imply endorsement or affiliation with Efeba, and the availability of any app is subject to Google Playâ€™s terms and policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Efeba through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Efeba or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and view content for personal, non-commercial use, so long as you retain all proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Efebaâ€™s content without obtaining prior written permission from Efeba or as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of Efeba or their respective owners. Nothing herein grants you any license or right to use Efebaâ€™s marks, without the prior written consent of Efeba or the applicable rights holder.

4. Third-Party Links and Google Play

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and content, including Google Play listings for apps. Efeba does not host or control these apps, nor does it operate Google Play. Access to and use of these third-party resources are governed by the terms and policies of the respective third parties, including Google Playâ€™s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Efeba disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party content. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk, and Efeba recommends reviewing the applicable terms and privacy notices before use.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLE.â€ EFeba AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. EFeba DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING APP DESCRIPTIONS OR REVIEWS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EFeba AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EFebaâ€™S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID (IF ANY) BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Efeba is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

Efeba reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and post the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updates.

9. Your Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit, anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the Service, or transmitting harmful material.
